I loved Suzanne Aitchison's CSS Paper Effects, which I adapted for DW/IJ and then used as a code generator experiment. Hopefully the generator is pretty easy to use and understand, but please ask questions if you have any!
The code generator allows you to preview with your own content and make adjustments to colours and layout. Click the "Show HTML" button to get your code. (Credit to Transparent Textures for the paper textures.)

Text Only (folded overlay, natural paper background)

Text with Link Ribbon (notebook background texture, natural paper ribbon overlay)
Image with Link Ribbon (dust and scratches overlay, sheen ribbon overlay)
Note that you'll have to add the links in the ribbon yourself, but the ribbon can accommodate as many links as you want.
